• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect trade secrets, proprietary algorithms, and corporate strategies.
• Limitation of Liability: While we guarantee high availability (uptime) based on your specific SLA, Cloud Tech Solution is not liable for indirect business losses resulting from unforeseen third-party infrastructure outages.
